Dear District Governor and Fellow Torchbearers of Service,

It gives me immense pride and joy to convey my warm wishes through the prestigious pages of this Rotary District Directory. The synergy between Rotary and Inner Wheel continues to be a symbol of strength, compassion, and collaborative action — and as we journey ahead, this bond only grows deeper and more impactful.

This year, our shared vision converges on building a healthier, wiser, and more empowered society. As District Chairman of Inner Wheel District 303, I am proud to align our priorities with Rotary’s transformative goals. We are actively supporting:

• HPV Vaccination drives to shield young lives from preventable threats.

• Membership Growth, not just in numbers but in nurturing dynamic and committed change-makers.

• Mental Hygiene initiatives, because emotional wellness is the backbone of a happy, productive community.

• Environmental stewardship, through tree plantations, green rallies, and sustainable living practices.

• Education for underprivileged children and skill-building programs for women, helping create confident, self-reliant citizens.

• Empowerment of women, because when a woman rises, a whole generation rises with her.

As we unite in service, let us remember:
